Return and Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges provided that we receive your return request within 14 days of your received purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@findbig.com with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To be accepted for return or exchange, your merchandise must be in the same original purchase condition as you received the product. Merchandise returned to us in used, worn or damaged condition will make your return unacceptable. After our confirmation of a return acceptance you will mail the item to the address indicated by e-mail.

Please do not ship any items back without first contacting us.

Shipping Costs

We do not cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for valuable items.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email regarding its receipt and the acceptance or rejection of the item.

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled  if it is not shipped yet.
